These bathrooms are so small that by only flushing the toilets, everything splashes around. Also, you can use toilet papers for touching the door handles and such.

Airplane Seat-back Pockets

The seat pockets of airplanes are too among one of the dirtiest places. You can see with your eyes the stuff that each passenger puts into these pockets. These pockets unlike other containers are not getting cleaned as seriously and regularly. We advise you not to use these pockets. It would be like putting your stuff into a public garbage can.

Airplane Tray Table

One of the other places to avoid is the special tray tables of airplanes. Some passengers use these tables to change dippers and worse. These tables are cleaned regularly. Yet, it is better to clean them with wet wipes before eating anything on them. Also, you can lay something like a napkin on your table before eating your food.

Pillows & Blankets

The pillows and blankets that the airplane provides you with might be in some way comfortable. But keep in mind that they might have been used by a sick person. This being said, it is better to have your own pillow and blanket with you while traveling.

The public water coolers are the source of germs since they are not getting cleaned regularly. You might have been drinking from these without any second thought. It is better to bring your own water bottle with you so you will not have to drink from these public Water Coolers.

These machines which basically work based on the touch-screen technology do not get cleaned regularly. Based on some researches, these screens are defiled with more than 3700 Bacteria. You should only make sure to wash your hands after using these Machines.

An important part of the duties of the staff is taking care of the hygiene of the accommodation. Narcis staff take on their responsibility of making the beds, cleaning the rooms and bathrooms, washing the floors, and dusting, vacuming, changing the sheets and towels, and recharging the required room equipment and more.

Making the Beds

After each of the guest’s check out, the Narcis housekeeping staff change the used sheets. The used sheets are taken to the dry-cleaning room to get washed, sanitized, and ironed. The clean sheets are then replaced for the comfortable and hygienic stay of the next guest.

Cleaning the Rooms

Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the tables and chairs are done regularly. On top of this, all the door handles, windows, and room equipment are sanitized with special detergents to keep Narcis accommodation at its highest hygienic condition.

Bathrooms

One of the most important responsibilities of the housekeeping department of any accommodation is cleaning the bathrooms. Our staff take on the responsibility of cleaning and sanitizing the mirrors, windows, the ceramic floors, the valves, and everything. In order to maintain the highest standards of health of Narcis accommodation, each guest is provided with toilet papers and sanitizing gels.

Kitchen & shared places

In shared places such as the kitchen and reception, for the well-being of our guests, the codes of hygiene are met thoroughly especially during the cooking process and serving breakfast. All the utensils, kitchen and serving wares are cleaned with special detergents and hot water.

Guidelines Met By Narcis Accommodation during Coronavirus Pandemic

1. The Narcis staff and the guests are obliged to wear mask in shared spaces
2. The guest’s waiting list is upon 24 hours
3. The breakfast is served for each room separately in single-use plastic wares
4. After the guests’ checkouts, the sheets are washed and ironed in high temperatures
5. 2 rooms and a total of 6 guests can book our accommodation at a time
6. Each guest is provided with toilet papers
7. The least contact with the reception is made ( only during the check ins and check outs)
8. Sockets and switches are sanitized regularly

What to Pack in Your Travel Hygiene Kit

To stay healthy while traveling, it is important to take personal hygiene serious by packing the right things. In order to have a relaxing and enjoyable travel, we should take responsibility in observing the hygiene codes for a better travel experience for ourselves and our fellow travelers.
